Thank you for your willingness to serve the children and families of our community at the Concord Campus Harvest Carnival. Please keep in mind as you register that positions are on Friday, October 30, unless otherwise specified.

If you are decorating a vehicle for Trunk-or-Treat, please use the "notes" field to let us know the theme of your vehicle, to prevent duplicates. If you do not know yet, you can let us know later. Please remember, no evil themes or costumes.

If you worked in a particular game or area in the past and want to work that same area again, please let us know in the "notes" field.

For the comfort of our guests, adults and volunteers may dress in costume. Please avoid evil or scary themed costumes, and masks for anyone over the age of 13.
